True North Art Gallery was vandalized, the front door kicked in and shattered. The full damage/repair estimate will be known this week, and insurance will cover all but the $1000 deductible.

As a co-op, True North operates on the thinnest of margins, and a thousand bucks will add a layer of financial hardship to the extra work owner and artist Sophia Hanna is already doing to fix this damage in time for July's First Friday.
